If you missed the Law and Order: Special Victims Unit season finale tonight, you might as well jump off of your roof. Or stab yourself. Or just decide that your life is now completely meaningless and any mistakes you’ve made in the past now pale in comparison to the one you made just now…

Okay, maybe I’m being dramatic, but the season finale tonight was the most amazing/ superb/ magnificent/ heart-pounding/ jaw-dropping/ spectacular/ and [every other superlative of every good word in the dictionary] !!!

The twist and turns in the plot were so well done, and it didn’t at any point feel contrived. The finale involved deeply basically all of the main characters, and I was shocked at the ending.

There are so many questions for what will happen in the next season… what will happen to ADA Casey Novak? What about Detective Fin Tutuola? And why, oh why, did Detective Chester Lake do that? (Or did he?)

Seriously, go watch this episode somewhere… anywhere! You must see it! Must!
